WHAT IS THE FULL SIZE OF THE PRINT PAPER?
The size of the 350gsm quality print paper is 45 x 32 x 0.5cm in total. The sizes stated on the item descriptions, are the actual size of the picture itself.
PAYMENTS
PAYPAL.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD. Click on PayPal then click on Credit/Debit card button. Enter your card details and Place Order.
BANK TRANSFER. Just add your items to the basket and place your order. You then have option to pay by Bank Transfer.
SUMUP PAYMENT LINK sent to your email address or your mobile number.
CHEQUE sent to the studio, payable to Mr H G Hornagold. Please enclose the name and variation of the product you would like and your contact details. Thank you for waiting for cheque to clear before we post items.

POSTAGE
We provide FREE POSTAGE AND PACKAGING to the UK and NORTHERN IRELAND. Unframed prints arrive in a protective postal tube. Greetings cards and Postcards in cardboard backed envelopes.
Please feel free to contact us via our web form prior to purchasing an item.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 – 2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery can take up to 3 to 5 working days. Once your item has been dispatched we will notify you via email letting you know the item is on its way, plus any relevant tracking information. Greetings cards and postcards are sent via standard Royal Mail. If you have any other questions about your order please do get in touch with Howard.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Please state when ordering whether you would like the Black and White or Art Deco version. If not stated, we will send one or the other. “To” and “From” sections will be left blank for your completion. A unique code will be written on the voucher. This can be used at www.c-on-canvas.co.uk or in our Stalham studio.
If paying by cheque, please enclose your details and chosen voucher design, make cheques payable to Mr HG Hornagold and thank you for your patience while cheques clear before we send. Vouchers will expire after 6 months (The date will be written on the voucher). Sorry, vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift vouchers.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (not applicable to original canvases) send us an email at hello@c-on-canvas.co.uk and send your item to: 74 Rivermead, Stalham, Norfolk, NR12 9PJ.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 74 Rivermead, Stalham, Norfolk, NR12 9PJ.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
